Routine Recovery

Routine Recovery helps users restart focus sessions after distractions. We

respect user privacy and do not collect personal information.

1. Local Data

All recovery sessions and settings are stored locally on your device. The

app does not upload or share any data with external servers.

2. App Behavior

The app does not monitor phone usage, notifications, screen time or other

apps. Recovery sessions are started manually by the user.

3. Permissions

The app does not require sensitive permissions.

4. Third-Party Services (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect non-personal

data such as:

• Advertising ID (AAID)

• App interactions

• Crash logs and diagnostics

• Device information

• Approximate location (country/region)

5. Data Removal

Uninstalling the app deletes all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. AdMob may

serve age-appropriate ads where required.

7. Security

All data remains on the device and is never transmitted online.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated periodically.
