Screen Time Detox

Screen Time Detox is an offline-first app designed to help users reduce unnecessary device use through short manual challenges. The app does not collect personal information from users.

• None. This app does not collect, transmit, or store personal user data.

Third-party services

• Google AdMob is integrated to display ads. AdMob may collect limited data required for ad delivery, such as:

– Advertising identifier (AAID)

– App interactions

– Diagnostics and crash logs

– Approximate location (region-level)

– Device and app identifiers used by AdMob for ad delivery

How data is used

• The app itself collects no data. Any data collected by AdMob is used by Google and its partners for advertising and analytics according to their policies.

Storage and retention

• User-entered data (challenge logs, streaks) is stored locally on the device only. The app does not upload user data to any server.

Security

• Local data is stored using standard Android storage mechanisms. The app does not transmit data to any backend.

User choices

• No account or sign-in is required.

• Users may clear local app data via device settings or by uninstalling the app.
